No matter the size, all our garden rooms come fully insulated as standard with polyurethane insulation to the roof and floor. Polyurethane is one of the best insulators used within construction thanks to its structure, which ensures a low thermal conductivity.
But if it’s the best on the market, why do we offer it as standard? We know you will be spending a lot of time in your insulated garden room and therefore we want to make it as conformable for you as possible! Unlike other insulated garden rooms on the market, you won’t have to break the bank to get the best insulation on the market.
This also means you can save on bills too!
Alongside our polyurethane insulation in the roof and floor, our insulated garden rooms also come fitted with domestic standard uPVC windows and doors (also as standard!). The double glazed units include 2 panels of toughened glass and are sealed to BS EN 1279 standards. This also means our doors and windows are compliant with insulation standards for both sound and thermal insulation.

Fully Insulated Building
All of our insulated garden rooms use polyurethane insulation to roof, walls and floor. We also include a damp proof membrane to all wall panels, as a layer of added protection.
Insulated Roof
All-in-all it provides a hard-wearing, easy clean roof surface with an attractive grooved ceiling for your garden room.
Inner Insulated Wall
The inside wall face of the garden room is formed with a pre-insulated plasterboard – a hard-wearing surface that we will skim plaster.
Double Glazed uPVC Windows
Our garden rooms are fitted with domestic standard uPVC windows and door frames, the external face in Anthracite Grey Wood Effect as standard.
Pressure Treated Bearers
We build the floor up with the right materials to give reassurance and insulation for a long-lasting and sturdy garden pod.
High Security Locking
We include anti-snap barrels to all doors on the garden office, as standard.
Having given you the confidence you need in your investment, we include the installation of your garden pod for you! Anything is possible and we manage the whole process, as well as vital extras that you may need and can be quoted after the survey. You can concentrate on the day job.
